Elaine L. Craft Educational Consulting, L.L.C. (ELC-LLC) is a limited liability company operating as an S-Corporation that was established in 2017 for educational purposes to support STEM educational initiatives and research and to improve the nation’s technological workforce.  ELC-LLC provides educational and professional services, promotes best practices, consults with educators, and collaborates with private and public entities. ELC-LLC professionals have extensive 7-16 teaching and educational administrative experience, experience working in industry, and hold degrees in engineering, mathematics, science, education, and business management. ELC-LLC professionals have worked since 1994 to lead innovations in fields of advanced technological education, especially technician and related science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in two-year technical and community colleges and universities. ELC-LLC evaluators include professionals with extensive experience as mentors, grantees and project directors. Nationwide clients of ELC-LLC benefit from our years of “know-how” coupled with passionate commitment, and they have unique access to ELC-LLC’s network of experts, nationally acclaimed products, and successful models. ELC-LLC primarily serves as a third-party or external evaluator for grant-funded projects, and often ELC-LLC also contributes to successful grant proposal development, implementation and administration. ELC-LLC professionals advise on curriculum and curriculum product development; faculty development, assessment of student learning, internship programs, effective student recruitment and retention, industry partnership development, and secondary school outreach. ELC-LLC is an advocate for problem-based learning and encourages use of innovative curriculum products designed to meet the needs of diverse learners.

ELC-LLC works nationally, serving clients who are two- and four-year colleges, universities, and not-for-profit corporations who have funding from the National Science Foundation, US Departments of Education, Labor, and Agriculture, and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
